Clinical Trials and Compliance.

Abstract: After a brief presentation of Astra Arcus and its clinical
research, the talk will present some problems in connection with varying
compliance, ie the varying degree to which subjects comply to the regime
to which they have been randomized. The methods of Efron and Feldman, and
of Robins and others will be reviewed. Finally, I will mention some ongoing
research which concerns data generated by one of our trials.
