Conference Proceedings
The extended abstracts for the accepted papers will be collected in a volume distributed to all participants.
Selected papers from the conference will appear in the book series Progress in Industrial Mathematics, published by Teubner and Wiley. Papers up to 8 pages must be submitted to the conference office before August 1, 1998. Further details on the format of the papers will be available at the conference. The papers will be refereed.
All fee categories include coffee in the breaks. The fee in the two first categories includes the proceedings. Please return the attached registration form and payment to the conference office before
June 1, 1998. If you choose to attend the conference dinner an additional SEK 300:- per person (including beverages) should be paid together with the registration.
