Hello!

Because of the problem that the Second Edition of the course book by Hsu is not 
yet available (as far as I know of) for purchase at Chalmer's book shop Cremona, 
I have made clerifications in the Exercise Sessions about the differences betwe-
en problem numbers and equation numbers in the mentioned Second Edition of Hsu's 
book as compared with the First Edition. These clerification concern Exercise 
Sessions 0-2 (but not at all Exercise Sessions 3-6).

I repeat that it is perfectly possible to use the First Edition of Hsu's book 
for our course if one completes in with xerox copies of the material in Section 
5.8 of the Second Edition (which is the only important addition to the Second 
Edition as compared with the First Edition). These xerox copies can be obtained 
from Patrik.

I will also take a look at the Errata list for Hsu's book asap and try to make 
it work for both editions of the book.
