Examination and grades

Compulsory for the course are two laborations and a written examination. The laborations will take place in weeks 3 and 6. In weeks 2 and 5 the students will be offered 2 optional home works giving each one a bonus of 2 points for the written examination.

Written examination.
There are totally 30 points in the written examination. The passing level is 14 points, and for grades 4 and 5 the levels are 18 and 24 points, respectively.
The examination will be held on October 25, 2007. Re-examinations follow on January 14, 2008, and then in August 2008. The bonus points will be valid there as well, but not in further re-examinations.
