Optimization (codes TMA946 for CTH and MAN280 for GU). The page

Download it to yous home directory, and type 'tar -xvf lab1_eng.tar' .
This will give you a directory named LP where all files for the lab will reside.

Info for home users
You may of course do the lab wherever you want. We believe (But do not know for sure) that the program will work for PC/Mac computers (We have tried a PC and it works).

You may hand in the lab, either via the procedure describen in the PM or via our web-interface (we prefer the web). MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT INTERFACE, THIS IS FOR LAB1. The format should be a plain text file, like the ones produced with emacs or notepad.
